Established in Dubai in 2004, Classic Bites Food Industry LLC is a HACCP compliant company which focuses on manufacturing and distributing a range of high quality frozen samosas and spring rolls. Classic Bites is managed and run by professionals who have over 35 years of experience in the food industry and is best known for innovative culinary skills. The company has a monthly production capacity of 50 tonnes.

Infrastructure

The company premises, approved by Dubai Municipality Food Control, is located in the industrial area of Al Qusais 2. The production and storage units are both located here. The production unit is segregated into many sections and comprises of a Receiving section, Store for dry food, Walk-in chiller and freezer, Butchery, Vegetable sanitization area, Hot kitchen, Blast chiller, Holding chiller, Production room, Blast freezer, Packing area and Cold storage.

The unit also has a proper waste management system and pest control treatments are conducted at regular intervals. All the work areas are equipped with proper hand wash facilities and insectocuters. All the employees are HACCP qualified and adhere to stringent policies of hygiene and food safety.
