A spring roll is a traditional Chinese snack, made with a round, thin dough sheet with fillings rolled inside and deep fried. When served, the rolls taste better if dipped in sauces. The snacks are crisp outside and fresh inside, really delicious. Spring rolls were usually eaten during the Spring Festival in China, hence the name.

Wrapper skin and fillings for spring rolls are all made in our factory at Al Qusais ind 2 Dubai. The wrapper skin is manually made on a daily basis using refined wheat flour,water,salt and vegetable ghee. Classic Bites also produces as per customer recipes.
