The Samosa is an Indian stuffed pastry primarily consisting of a triangular golden-brown crisp coating filled with a variety of stuffings. The Samosa is a popular snack all around the world. It is believed that it originated in Central Asia (where they are known as samsa) prior to the10th century and were introduced to the Indian subcontinent in the13th or14th century by traders from the region.
Wrapper skin and fillings for samosa are all made in our factory at Al Qusais ind 2 Dubai. The wrapper skin is manually made on a daily basis using refined wheat flour,water,salt and vegetable ghee. Classic Bites also produces as per customer recipes.
